We are excited to bring to you a convenient, simple, and secure method to manage and pay your bills online.
Please remember your Login ID (which is your email address) and Password for future access.
To login to your account go to https://www.xpressbillpay.com

Once you have logged into Xpress Bill Pay, you will need to add an eBill to your account to pay online:
- Click on the button that says "Add New eBills"
- Search for the organization that you wish to pay by clicking on the button labeled "By Organization Name"
- Type in the name of the city or organization
- Click the Search Button. One or more choices will be displayed.
- Select the radio button next to the correct organization and then click "Continue".
You will then need to locate your account with the city or organization that you have selected.
- In Step 1, provide your account number.
- In Step 2, provide your last name or business name as it appears on your paper statement.
- Press the button at the bottom that says "Locate Account".
- Once the account is located, you will be prompted to verify the information. If the information displayed is correct, click "This is Me!" to confirm.
- Congratulations! Your eBill is now set up and ready to be viewed or paid online.
You can pay your bill manually by clicking on "View/Pay eBills". Then click on "Add for Payment" at the bottom of the statement and it will walk you through the payment process. You can also set up an automatic payment schedule that will pay your bill every month on a date you specify by clicking on "Auto Payments" and then "Setup Auto Pay". It will then walk you through the process of setting up an auto pay.
